SUMMER HEAT!

This summer has been filled with so much fun! NICARAGUA Mission trip, Vintage Crossfit series as we, crossfit Galveston place 3rd overall and won the very first event. Lots of painting in the heat my gosh the heat! getting stronger with the CFG crew errrrryday. And just eating amazing food as always, got some big mural projects under way cannot wait to share!
